Our Robinson Crusoe Deep Patagonian Lodge is located in the district of Villa OHiggins in the Aysén Region of Southern Chile, at the very end of the Austral Way. Set in the heart of Deep Patagonia, it is also the departure point for the main access route to the Southern Patagonian Ice Field plateau. This accommodation in Villa OHiggins stands out in offering at the Austral Highway.


Description


This lodge, which was inspired by the legend of the cultured, adventurous Robinson Crusoe, was built with the idea of conserving his mystique and brotherly spirit with spaces designed especially for contemplation. The architecture is reminiscent of the great Patagonian barns and invites us to allow our senses to be recreated amid nature at its purest, experiencing a return to freedom.

There are different areas in the Lodge, enabled to make your stay comfortable and rewarding. One is the glass area that allows you to feel the wind and the rain sitting by soft cushions. Another is the loft where you can review maps of the area, as well as books and videos of interest, or you can also enjoy the warmth of home along with an evocative reading accompanied by good Chilean wine. Outside the rooms were installed pleasing "Hot Tubs" so you can relax with a bubbling bath, admiring the beauty of a starry night as a reward for a long day filled with great experiences.

The bedrooms are located in two buildings, each with an area of 215 square feet. There are 12 lovely rooms in various formats: single, double, matrimonial and matrimonial with additional bed, or triple.

The interior decoration is simple and elegant, with touches of local colour that form part of our style. Comfortable beds and blankets ensure that you will have a pleasant rest in rooms that are fully insulated and electrically heated, so that you can forget about the cold, rain and wind outside.
